Study Abroad FAQs

Common questions from students and parents.

Can Visatrix guarantee my student visa?

No. Only the relevant government decides, and no consultant can guarantee approval.

Can I work while studying abroad?

Most destinations allow limited work, with hour limits that differ by country and course (see each destination). Always confirm the conditions printed on your own visa.

How much money do I need to show?

It depends on the country, city and course. Each destination lists the benchmark we found for 2026 with a source to confirm.

Which countries are easiest or cheapest?

There is no single answer. Costs, work rights and post-study options vary. An advisor can compare options for your budget and goals.

Do I need a language test?

Many programmes require English (or the language of instruction). Some countries add their own minimums, for example the UK's B2 level from January 2026.

What happens after I graduate?

Several destinations offer post-study stay or job-search permits (UK Graduate visa, Canada PGWP, Germany job-seeker permit, Netherlands orientation year). Rules are changing, so see the notes on each destination.
