1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website or engaging Visatrix Global Services – FZCO ("Visatrix", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our services

We provide independent immigration and mobility consulting. Depending on your engagement this may include:

• Initial consultation and eligibility assessment
• Guidance on programme options, requirements and timelines
• Document checklists, review and preparation support
• Application form preparation and submission support
• Pre-departure and post-decision guidance

3. Independence and no guarantee

We are not a government body and are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate or immigration authority. All decisions are made solely by the relevant authority. We do not guarantee that any application will be approved, or the time it will take. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and truthful information and genuine documents
• Tell us promptly of changes to your circumstances, such as employment, marital status, travel history or refusals
• Respond to requests and meet deadlines in good time
• Review all forms and documents before they are submitted

5. Fees and payment

Our service fees are agreed in writing before work begins and are separate from government, embassy, visa-centre and other third-party fees, which you pay directly or through us at cost. Work may start only after the agreed payment is received. See our Refund Policy for how refunds are handled.

6. Confidentiality and data

We keep your personal information and documents confidential and use them only to provide your services and meet legal obligations. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions, delays or refusals by immigration authorities, for changes in law or policy, or for losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fees you paid us for the relevant service.

All content, branding and materials on this website belong to Visatrix or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute them without our written permission.

10. Termination

Either party may end an engagement in writing. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable, and any refund is handled under our Refund Policy and your service agreement.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rules that apply to you.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
